Online ordering pricing for restaurants

Yes, and it takes real orders, up to 100 a month per location, paid in cash or by card through your own Stripe account, with tips and refunds. You also get the ordering page, AI menu import, QR ordering, the order management app and 0% commission, with no card required. If a location reaches 100 orders, online ordering pauses until the 1st of the month or until you add Unlimited orders ($29 a month); we warn you as you get close, and the first time it happens there is a one-time grace month. Marketing and the website are bought one at a time on top. There are no trials of the paid plans because the free plan is the trial.

We take nothing per order: not a percentage, not a flat fee. You pay a monthly subscription per location, or nothing at all on the free plan. Card processing is separate and goes to your card processor at their published rate through your own account, so the money lands in your bank and the relationship is yours. The commission calculator shows what our flat monthly price is worth against a commission at your volume.

We email you at 80%, 90% and 100% of the 100-order allowance and show a notice in the dashboard and the tablet app. The first month a location reaches it is a grace month: ordering stays open to the end of that month, once per location. After that, reaching 100 pauses online ordering until the 1st of the next month. Your page still shows the menu, and adding Unlimited orders ($29 a month) reopens it right away. An order counts when it is placed; one you reject before accepting it does not.

No contract, no setup fee and no exit fee. Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance, per location, and you can cancel anytime. You keep what you paid for until the end of that period, you are not charged again, and the location goes back to the free plan. We don't give prorated refunds for part of a period.

Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe charges its processing fee there and pays out to your bank. We don't set that fee and we add nothing to it, per order or otherwise. Stripe publishes its current rates on its pricing page.

Yes. Every price is per location, per month, and each location has its own 100-order allowance on the free plan. There is no multi-location tier: a group with three locations pays for three.

Not yet. They include features we are still building, so they are marked coming soon and can't be bought. Today you can start on the free plan and add Unlimited orders or Marketing, one at a time.
